The Newfoundland Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) was established to provide the province with a way to efficiently support qualified skilled workers and international graduates who want to permanently live and work in Newfoundland and Labrador. In order to be nominated for one of the streams, you must qualify for certain criteria such as having a job offer and the intent to reside in the province. The streams are:
