The Canadian government created the Agri-Food Pilot to address labour shortages in the agri-food industry. The pilot provides options for permanent residency sponsorship for experienced workers in designated occupations and industries.

In order to qualify for the Agri-Food Pilot you must have a full-time offer from a Canadian employer in a qualified industry and an eligible occupation. These eligible industries range from meat product manufacturing to cattle ranching and farming. For more information on qualifying industries, kindly contact our expert Canada Team.
